Fudan University's Siyuan plan is quite good. 20 13 At 9: 00 am on July 7th, the launching ceremony of the first phase of Fudan University's outstanding student training program (referred to as "Siyuan Program") kicked off in the multi-function hall on the second floor of Yifu Science and Technology Building.
