Shandong University of Science and Technology [2], whose main campus is in Qingdao, is a key university in Shandong Province approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government and People's Republic of China (PRC) Emergency Management Department. At present, the school has 32 teaching units, 96 undergraduate majors, 9 post-doctoral research stations, 10 first-class disciplines authorized by doctor's degree, 27 first-class disciplines authorized by master's degree and 16 categories authorized by master's degree.
