As the Academic Affairs Office of Jianghan University, it is a comprehensive department with a wide scope of work and complex tasks. In the internship stage, I mainly focus on the work of the student status department, and dealing with the official affairs about the student status is the main work of the office internship. Leaders need the assistance of office staff to make scientific decisions. On the one hand, office workers are dealing with a lot of daily work, which enables leaders to focus on big problems. In addition, they can give full play to the advantages of understanding the overall situation and mastering all kinds of information, assist leaders in decision-making and provide reasonable suggestions. Office workers have many ideas and heavy tasks, but they must do a good job in the following aspects: First, take the initiative to do a good job in coordination between leaders and departments, and help leaders do a good job in various tasks in a planned, step-by-step and focused manner, so as to be busy but not chaotic. And from writing in the past to writing and making suggestions.
The second is to carry out investigation and study, understand the learning, thinking, work and life of the grassroots, reflect to the leaders in time, and put forward reasonable suggestions. Otherwise, it will delay the work and even cause irreparable losses.
3. Be resolute and vigorous. This is a requirement for work efficiency. The realization of any goal is inseparable from two factors, one is accuracy and the other is time limit. Any of these mistakes will make things impossible or bad. Time limit is to shorten the cycle as much as possible and reduce intermediate links. Secretarial staff must have a strong sense of time, act quickly without procrastination, formulate a scientific working system, straighten out the relationship, have a clear division of labor, and give full play to the importance and creativity of staff. It is necessary to simplify procedures, reduce unnecessary words and etiquette, put an end to the phenomenon of "mountains and seas" and improve work efficiency. It is necessary to use modern technologies such as computers to change working methods and implement office automation, such as transmitting information, retrieving materials and editing manuscripts through computers. 4. Strictly observe discipline and keep secrets. Office management should make and distribute documents, process documents and manage documents. In all kinds of documents, most of them are kept secret to varying degrees, and the staff of organs at all levels often get close to the leaders, read some important documents and attend some important meetings. Go out of school and step into society. Don't expect too much of yourself. Because the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment, but appropriate expectations and ambitions are still very necessary. I can't imagine how many books I read, how many words I wrote and how many classes I attended at school. I am amazing. After all, I am still a fledgling girl, without any practical experience, and far from being a master. School life has just ended and social life has just begun. After entering the society, we should keep learning, growing and expanding our knowledge, so that we can have a place in the society.
4. Listen more, watch more, think more, do more and talk less.
The key to knowing whether you are qualified for this job lies in your attitude towards this job. With the right attitude, even if you haven't studied professional knowledge before, you can gradually master it at work. If you have a bad attitude, you can't do it well even if you have a foundation. For example, I have just arrived at some posts and have no idea what to do, and it has nothing to do with my major at school. I felt a headache at first, but I kept learning at work, watching what others did, listening to what others said, thinking about what I should do, and then practicing by myself. Finally, I have a systematic understanding of the work in just a few days, and I can slowly complete the related work by myself. It is not enough to rely on my mouth.
