This book is adapted from a speech on the reform of higher education given by the author at the invitation of the Student Union of the University of Madrid. This book closely follows the problems faced by higher education in Spain and even Europe, analyzes the disadvantages of European universities with sharp writing, and then puts forward and demonstrates its own unique reform ideas.
