Qin Haiyang (1May 7, 1999), a China male swimmer, is a native of Suojie Township, Shimen County, Changde City, Hunan Province, and belongs to the navy swimming team. Qin Haiyang, born in 1999, began to learn swimming at the age of 5, and was specially recruited as an athlete of Bayi Swimming Team in 20 14.

Honors won:
