If you want to transfer at the beginning of the semester, you have to have money or connections.

If not, it will have to wait until the end of the freshman semester. If you get excellent grades, you can change your major. It seems that you can rank in the top few majors. But your study task will be much heavier after you change your major. Due to different requirements, some courses may need to be re-studied.
