In teaching, the closest contact is with the teachers of the teaching and research discipline group. It's my first time as a teaching assistant, my first time trying to bring five little boys together, and my first time crying with a group of children. Here, I have experienced many firsts, and may be the last of many things.
Looking back, I was a little shaken when I was preparing for the training, and finally I made up my mind that what I wanted was those in Teacher Zhichao's blog. Their deepest feelings and words deeply attracted me, and made me truly feel that this is an excellent platform, which is worth trying and following. Even though the process is very difficult, I encountered many setbacks and selection problems, but I am glad that I finally participated in the complete training, and I am even more glad that I was finally selected. After three days and two nights of training, what impressed me most was the study of mnemonics. Before Mr. Tan first taught us how to learn and remember the first xx digits of pi, I really couldn't believe that I could really remember the xx digits at such a fast speed, and I could recite them backwards. Before entering new thinking, I never thought that I could turn my head around before going to bed and memorize numbers and words by images.
What impressed me most was staying with a group of children for eight days and seven nights 24 hours a day. When I learned that I was bringing a group of little boys, I actually had a lot of entanglements and feelings. How can I put it? I never thought I would live with a group of boys when I first entered the business. Personal factors, although I am more fun and easy to get along with people, family factors and so on, it is really a big test to be with a group of boys 24 hours a day. But because I entered and signed the contract, I didn't think about going back on my word. Now that you have chosen, you must work hard. Although I learned the news a few minutes before picking up the children, I was a little reluctant, but I quickly adjusted my mood. I thought at that time, this is a challenge, and you must do your best for those who love challenges. I took the lead in finding my own child and didn't let anyone know that I was a little emotional. I see that everyone has their own personality characteristics, but I still don't know where to start. Obey the organization arrangement, take them back to the dormitory to choose a bed, pack their luggage and then go down for dinner. At the dinner table, let them introduce themselves. Although some are shy, some are quiet and some are active, I am glad that they are all obedient. After returning to the dormitory after dinner, we organized them to choose their posts, perform their duties, do their part, and work out class rules with them. At the same time, I emphasized to them that "the six of us are a small group, and the whole company is a big group, and we live together for eight days." Remember not to forget our brotherhood and our company after leaving the camp. " Then the first day of basic work came to an end. Every day after that, there are joys and sorrows, bitterness and sweetness. They bring me a lot of joy every day, but there are always some troubles. Sneezing makes you nervous. I'm really worried that they will get sick. I granulated them to see if I could kick the quilt in the middle of the night. Xiaoxian said that when she was dizzy, her heart really hurt, and she was obviously as worried as her brother was sick. Rub his temples and give him medicine to drink, hoping that he will get better soon. When I heard brother Zhan say that he was homesick, crying, rubbing his eyes and comforting him, his heart was also tugging, just like when his brother and sister were crying when they were young, and he cried with them, which was no different. The feelings with them have deepened a little these days. Thanksgiving party, birthday party, farewell party, every laughter and tears are accompanied by them, and the accumulation of feelings is really deeper. Some children are really slow in learning, but their minds are full of notes, hoping to help them, and their acceptance is poor. It's really not. I still remember that Qiu Laosi said a sentence when he saw a children's book full of notes. He was so serious and copied his notes well. The moment when the children said in unison that the teacher had helped to tidy it up and then thanked me, it was really speechless. When they said to me, "Teacher, we think you are the best teacher", they really felt that everything was worth it.
During these eight days, many things have really happened, including my own communication with my parents and getting along with my children, good and bad, but I am really learning and making progress. Here, I gained feelings and knowledge. As the last internship in my college career, I chose a job linked to my major and came to an English training institution in Chun Qing Square as a teaching assistant. To tell the truth, after several failed interviews, I also learned to lower my requirements and choose to be a teaching assistant. In the teaching of children's oral English, we pay attention to the teaching activities with "games" as the basic activity, which is closer to the physical and mental development law and learning characteristics of X-X children at this age.
Because the teaching assistants are responsible for many trivial things, they all come to work in the afternoon. First, prepare lesson plans. Although there is only a piece of A4 paper, writing lesson plans is also learned. Warm-up involves some extra-curricular vocabulary, including the study of numbers, the review of some previously classified vocabulary, and you also need to master the students' learning progress, that is to say, you should not only maintain discipline in class, but also pay attention to how children learn. Because students are divided into Super Tote and English places, that is, kindergarten classes and primary school classes, the content of teaching plans is different. Children pay attention to pictures, while primary school students have higher requirements, such as reading and writing. But the most important thing in learning English is speaking, not dumb English like we did at that time.
After preparing the lesson plan, the person in charge gave us several new supplementary training classes at first. There is not much time, but the content is relatively small. Because they are younger students, they all ask the teaching assistants to be more careful in their work.

Looking back on the life of these ten days, I am busy and full, and there are many places worthy of summary and reflection. No matter whether it is the initial teaching assistant campaign or the final entry into the teaching assistant ranks, I have made full preparations without exception. This is largely due to my freshman class construction experience. X took the students to attend the opening ceremony of military training. With the officer's loud password, the rows of teams on the training ground are doing all kinds of actions neatly. This is my class. Watching them walk step by step and make progress bit by bit, I feel inexplicably moved and proud. I took a group of photos with the military training of these students as the theme. Record these unforgettable moments with a camera. I believe this will be a wonderful memory in their lives, and I am glad that I shared these wonderful things.
In just ten days, I also found some problems. First, the professional objectives are unclear. In the chat with my classmates, I found that many students in our class don't know their major, so I should let freshmen know their major as soon as possible and set their own learning goals. Exchange learning experience and methods with them, and share with them my good learning methods and exam skills as a freshman. And always urge them that universities should focus on their studies, and learn their professional knowledge well and learn it solidly on the premise of not failing the subject. Second, I don't know about community activities. I actively encourage the students in our class to participate in various club activities to enrich their college life during their freshman year. However, in the face of various recruitment activities, students are a little confused and don't know whether to join or which clubs to join. I decided to recommend some meaningful clubs to students based on my objective understanding of different clubs and from the standpoint of students, which can help them develop their specialties and cultivate their interests.
Every day these days is full. Pay a lot, but also gain a lot, the most valuable thing is to get their true feelings and their respect. As their assistant, I know that I didn't do well enough, and I hope they will understand that I didn't do well. The remedial class is a very important experience in my life. Whenever I encounter setbacks, I always feel happy when I think of such a lovely group of people as them, and all my troubles will disappear.
