1. Training in the first day or two should be the foundation of junior high school. Stand at attention and be at ease, stop turning, stand astride, squat and salute. In this step, the whole military training should be carried out in a military posture. When I start training every day, I will stand in a military posture. Main points of military posture: look straight ahead, keep your head straight and keep your mouth closed. The shoulders are naturally relaxed, at the same level, the lower abdomen is slightly retracted and the body leans forward. Straighten your legs naturally, try to get together, press your knees back, put your heels together, and separate your toes by about 60 degrees. Arms droop naturally, hands cling to the trousers seam, middle fingers of both hands should cling to the midline on both sides of the trousers seam, five fingers should be close together, and thumb should be placed on the second joint of index finger. )
In the next few days, what is more tiring is changing steps, standing still, marching in a hurry and kicking the previous step. Pace changes include standing for stepping, stepping for stepping, and stepping for stepping. These instructors will give us a demonstration at first, so don't worry about learning. When practicing this, most instructors look at the irregular layout and don't be too fast. Try to slow down, too fast is really easy to hurt your leg.
3. The next step is to expand the content of military training, explain combat weapons (there should be some simulated firearms, and then instructors will explain how to use them and what they are made of), emergency dressing skills, and military boxing (but only a few companies form a team to practice military boxing during military training). There is also learning gesture dance (such as grateful heart), learning to sing military songs and practicing. The most bitter thing should be crawling forward. The football field of the school track and field is really grass and mud. Really tired, it's dirty and painful to climb down.
Although military training is very tiring, it is a compulsory course for us to enter the university, and it is also very meaningful for military theory courses to be carried out in the future.
Finally, friends who are in military training, if their feet hurt at the end of the day, suggest soaking their feet with hot water at night, or applying hot towels to their knees, which is relatively better.
I wish you all a good start in college!
