The state expressly stipulates that those who have attended school for less than one semester cannot transfer to universities. Only when the following conditions are met can university transfer be carried out:
If you are sick or have special difficulties, you can apply to transfer to the same major or similar major at the same level (or lower than the level transferred to colleges and universities), the same batch (or the next batch transferred from colleges and universities-the same professional admission batch of origin or to be transferred to major). Among them, the sick students need to provide the inspection certificate that has been transferred from the school and intends to be transferred to the designated hospital of the school. Special difficulties, generally refers to special family circumstances, which really need students to take care of nearby; Graduate students can't continue to instruct because of tutor transfer or health reasons, and there are no other tutors in their major and research direction, and other circumstances that meet the requirements of the school are allowed to transfer.
The following situations cannot be transferred:
(1) Having been enrolled for less than one semester;
(two) the implementation of academic year management, in the graduation grade, or the implementation of credit system management, has completed three-quarters of the professional teaching plan and above credits;
(three) the results of the college entrance examination are lower than those of the students of the corresponding grades in the relevant majors to be transferred to the school;
(4) From the next batch of schools where students are enrolled to the last batch of colleges and universities, from low academic level to high academic level;
(five) through targeted employment, art, sports, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams and other special forms of enrollment;
(VI) When enrolling students, it is determined that counterpart training has been transferred to higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) or undergraduate courses, or failed to pass the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities (the summer college entrance examination or the spring college entrance examination in our province) and used the results of the college entrance examination to enroll students (including students who walked in, students enrolled in separate examinations, police officers in politics and law, second bachelor's degree, college entrance examination, five-year consistent system, three-two-stage system, etc.). );
(seven) to be transferred to the university and transferred from the university in the same city;
(eight) the graduate students admitted by the two district enrollment units are transferred to the enrollment units in our province;
(9) interdisciplinary;
(ten) should be suspended from school;
(eleven) other without justifiable reasons.
