1, Guangzhou Institute of Urban Construction
Guangzhou Institute of Urban Construction can be traced back to Guangzhou Institute of Amateur Architecture and Engineering, which was founded in March 1960. It is a private full-time college approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. It is the governing unit of China Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of UNESCO and selected as the second batch of national modern apprenticeship pilot units.
The school and Hesheng Zhujiang Infrastructure Group have jointly established two engineering technology research centers, 1 key research base of humanities and social sciences, 1 engineering technology research center, two collaborative innovation centers of applied technology, and 1 innovation platform for integration of production and education.

Guangdong Country Garden Vocational College is a non-profit higher vocational and technical college approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, put on record by the Ministry of Education and headed by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education. Private Hualian College was established in 1990. Co-founded by retired professors from some universities in Guangzhou, such as South China University of Technology, South China Normal University, Jinan University and Guangdong Polytechnic Normal College.
