Jincheng College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics was founded on 1999, located at No.88 Jinhang Avenue, Lukou Street, Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Approved by the Ministry of Education, it is a full-time undergraduate college jointly organized by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and social forces. Selected as the first batch of pilot universities in Jiangsu Province to train service outsourcing talents.

This college was formerly the second-level college of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; In 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense and the Education Department of Jiangsu Province, the school was transformed from a private secondary college of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics to an independent college.
