The Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University has gone through 34 years of construction and development. The college undertakes the higher vocational education of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents. It is a model vocational college in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is the earliest vocational college with the largest number of undergraduate majors in the autonomous region, and it is also the only vocational college that can independently train graduate students by offering professional master's degrees.
The College has established the first equestrian major in higher education in China, leading the training of modern horse industry talents in China.
