Direction of international law

Professor Zuo Haicong, Doctor of Law of Wuhan University, was an outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education in the new century in 2005. He used to be the director of the International Economic Law Research Office of the Institute of International Law of Wuhan University, and now he is the dean and doctoral supervisor of Nankai University Law School, the vice president of china law society World Trade Organization Law Research Association and Tianjin Law Society, and the executive director of the International Economic Law Society. He studied under Professor Yao Meizhen, a famous scholar of international economic law in Wuhan University. His main research interests are international commercial law, international trade law, WTO law, etc.

Professor Zhu Jing 'an, doctor of law of Nankai University, former vice president of the Law School of Central University for Nationalities, head of the Department of International Law of Nankai Law School, doctoral supervisor, and concurrently director of the International Economic Law Society. The main research directions are international trade law, international trade control law and green technical barriers.

Professor Xu Guangyao, Doctor of Law of Wuhan University, was the head of the International Law Department of Hunan University Law School and won the first prize of Hunan Social Science Achievement. He is currently a professor at Nankai University Law School, studying under Professor Li, a famous scholar of private international law. His main research interests are private international law and EU anti-monopoly law.

Professor Cheng Baoku, Ph.D., Nankai University, chief consultant of the State Council on anti-commercial bribery, is currently a professor at Nankai University Law School and director of the Institute of International Economic Law. His main research interests are WTO competition rules, agricultural agreements and transnational anti-commercial bribery laws.

Professor Shi, Ph.D., Nankai University, former professor of Tianjin Institute of Foreign Trade, is currently a professor of environmental law at Nankai University Law School. The main research directions are energy conservation and emission reduction law, biodiversity law and international environmental law.

Direction of civil and commercial law

Professor Chen Yaodong, Ph.D. from Nankai University, completed the postdoctoral course at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, and is now the assistant to the Dean of Nankai University Law School. The main research directions are real estate law and property law.

Professor Wan Guohua, Ph.D., Nankai University, is currently the head of the Economic Law Department of Nankai University Law School and the deputy director of the Corporate Governance Research Center of Nankai University. The main research directions are securities law, company law and corporate governance.

Professor He Hongfeng, Ph.D., Tianjin University, is currently a professor at Nankai University Law School. He has presided over important projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, and his main research interests are intellectual property law, government procurement law and contract law.

Legal history and the direction of jurisprudence

Professor Bai Hua, Ph.D., National Osaka University, was a professor at Renmin University, and is currently a double-employed professor at Nankai University Law School and Zhou Enlai Government College. The main research direction is the history of ancient criminal law and the history of ancient legal thought.

Professor Hou Xinyi, Doctor of Law, Nankai University, once Professor northwest university of politics and law, is currently the vice president of Nankai University Law School, the vice president of Tianjin Law Society, the secretary general of China Legal History Research Association, the member of the Legal Education Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, and the leader of the expert group of the judicial examination proposition paper. The main research directions are the history of modern rule of law, the legal system in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region, legal sociology and so on.

Professor Yu, doctor of law of Tianjin Normal University, postdoctoral fellow in law of China Renmin University, was once the head of the law department of Tianjin University, the director of the legal history teaching and research section of Nankai University, and studied under and was once a professor. His research interests are ancient legal history, folk law and so on.

Professor Liu Jing, Doctor of Law, Renmin University of China, was the director of the Policy Research Office of the Higher People's Court of Liaoning Province, and is now a professor at Nankai University Law School. 20 10 was selected as the new century talent of the Ministry of Education, and studied under the famous legal scholar Professor Sun Guohua. Research interests include legal linguistics, philosophy of law, sociology of law, etc.

Professor Fu Shicheng, Doctor of Law of Nankai University, is currently the vice president of Nankai University Law School. The main research directions are administrative compulsory law and administrative punishment law.

Direction of criminal law

Professor Liu Shixin, doctor of law of Jilin University, is currently the assistant dean of Nankai University Law School. He studied under the famous criminologist Professor Wu Zhenxing and was selected by the Ministry of Education in the new century in 2006. His main research interests are criminology and crime constitution theory.

Professor Zhang Xinxiang, Doctor of Law, Nankai University, is currently the director of the Criminal Law Teaching and Research Section of Nankai University and a consultant expert of Tianjin Procuratorate. His main research direction is international criminal law and social theory of criminal law.

Professor Zheng Zeshan, Doctor of Law, Zhongjing University, Japan, is currently a professor in the Criminal Law Department of Nankai University Law School. The main research directions are Japanese criminal law, Korean criminal law and comparative criminal law.
