Brief introduction of Beijing Jianzhu University:

The school was formerly known as Shi Jing Industrial Junior School founded by the Qing government in 1907, and later renamed as Beiping Senior Vocational School in 1933. 1936 newly added civil engineering department. After the development stages of Beijing Municipal Industrial School, Beijing Institute of Architecture, Beijing School of Civil Engineering and Beijing School of Civil Engineering, it was renamed in 20 13 with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

International communication:

Focusing on the strategy of serving the country and the needs of Beijing's "international exchange center" function construction, the school has continuously expanded cooperation areas, innovated cooperation methods and enhanced cooperation results. At present, the school has initially established the "Belt and Road" urban international innovation center and seven special international innovation cooperation platforms, and established cooperative relations with more than 100 universities and institutions in 45 countries and regions.

Nearly a thousand Chinese and foreign students have been trained through Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and recruiting foreign students. The scale of summer school continues to expand, and it has become a well-known international education brand project.

2. Cultural traditions

The design scheme of the school emblem takes purple as the design base color, and the logo is round, calm and generous. Taking campus characteristic buildings as the main design elements. The materials come from the No.5 experimental building, which was built in the old campus of the school in the 1950s and is listed as an excellent modern building in Beijing. With the symbol of 1907, the core pattern is formed to show the long history, architectural culture and school-running characteristics of the alma mater.

The main pattern is a simple and detailed image of the building facade. Its horizontal layout, breaking through the inner ring, is steady and generous, and the whole is sparse and delicate. The prominent porch steps have a feeling of entering the room, which embodies the spiritual pursuit of teachers and students in this school.
