"Green Passage" is a measure for colleges and universities to ensure the smooth enrollment of freshmen from poor families. For freshmen with economic difficulties, we should open up a green channel. When new students register for school, students who are unable to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees due to financial difficulties will be approved to suspend payment and enter school first, and then the school will help these students solve their financial difficulties by applying for national student loans and work-study programs.

How to handle the green channel: If students from particularly poor families need to apply for national student loans, they must provide corresponding materials according to the requirements in the publicity materials of national student loans so that the school can report them for approval. Those who meet the requirements can enter the school through the "green channel". Students attending the "Green Passage" need to deposit the textbook fees and medical examination fees into the savings card of China Construction Bank issued by the school. The payment method shall refer to Article 10. Freshmen who apply for student loans need to deposit textbook fees and medical examination fees. In the savings card of China Construction Bank issued by the school, at the same time, the acceptance certificate of student loan is submitted at the time of registration.
