General branches of various departments and ministries:
March 5th this year is the 50th "Learn from Lei Feng Day" and the 4th/kloc-0 "China Youth Volunteer Service Day". Lei Feng spirit is a kind of accumulation of traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and it is the spirit of keeping pace with the times that keeps developing with the progress of the times. Lei Feng spirit still inspires us and encourages our volunteers to base themselves on campus, serve the society and carry out voluntary service activities. Carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng and the spirit of voluntary service can not only enhance students' dedication and promote campus harmony, but also meet the requirements of the times in Scientific Outlook on Development. The general branches of all departments should actively carry out the series of public welfare activities to learn from Lei Feng in March.
I. Guiding ideology
Carrying out activities to learn from Lei Feng and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng is helpful to cultivate the patriotism and dedication of young volunteers and to form a good atmosphere of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress" in schools. Young volunteers should follow Lei Feng's example, constantly sum up themselves and serve others. This activity should be comprehensive, pragmatic and flexible, so as to strengthen the ideological and moral construction of college students and consciously carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng.
Second, the content of the activity
Carry out a series of Lei Feng education activities to reflect the construction of campus culture. The specific activities are arranged as follows:
1. Carry out the activity of "reading Lei Feng's diary, telling Lei Feng's story and talking about Lei Feng's spirit"
The Youth Volunteer Service Group of the Communist Youth League Committee and the Organization Department jointly organized the whole hospital to study Lei Feng's spiritual and political study, and mobilized all teachers and students to actively participate in the "Learn Lei Feng Activity Month" activities. According to this model, the general branch of each department can actively publicize the specific activities of learning Lei Feng's activity month by using blackboard newspapers, exhibition boards and other forms. Carry out colorful theme class meetings, vigorously publicize Lei Feng's deeds and learn from Lei Feng's advanced collective deeds, and create an educational atmosphere.
2. Carry out the activity of "Learn from Lei Feng, Teach Civilizations, Cultivate New Styles and Volunteers in Action" (March1-March 30th)
Each department organizes young volunteers to carry out various forms of voluntary assistance outside the school. Actively contact social welfare homes, nursing homes and other units to carry out activities. The detailed planning of the activities will be submitted to the Youth League Committee of the College before February 29th, so as to carry out the activities and a series of publicity in a unified way. Jinyu Voice Radio Station and College Secretary Network Department should actively do related publicity work.
3. Carry out the activity of "Giving Love to Zhaitou Village Primary School in Jiugongshan Town"
I went to Zhaitou Village Primary School, Jiugongshan Town, the key aid object of our hospital, and sent a donation. At the same time, I organized a group of Lei Feng representatives from various departments to tell the children the story of Lei Feng and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng. The assistance to Zhaitou Village Primary School will be more distinctive and influential.
4. Carry out the activity of "telling primary school students about Lei Feng and teaching primary school students to be Lei Feng"
Organize a group of volunteers to tell students the story of Lei Feng in primary schools in Xianning City, encourage them to do good deeds, let students deeply understand the "Lei Feng spirit", internalize the spirit of Lei Feng into students' daily behavior, and pass it on from generation to generation.
5. Carry out the activity of "Cherish the source of life and rely on Comrade Lei Feng"
On the occasion of China Water Week and World Water Day on March 22nd, deepen students' awareness of protecting water resources and saving water, cherish the source of life, and urge students to establish new water-saving concepts and develop good water-saving habits. Mobilize all teachers and students to put forward innovative opinions on water-saving work in our school, share water-saving tips and improve water-saving awareness. Organize volunteers to investigate the damaged water facilities in the living quarters of our school, especially in the public * * * area, register the imperfect facilities, and report them to the logistics center for centralized repair and improvement, so as to improve the public * * * facilities of our school and contribute to the work of "welcoming evaluation and promoting construction" of our school.
6, to carry out the "safe travel, civilized manners" volunteer civilized traffic obligation persuasion activities.
Organize young volunteers to experience traffic assistants, and carry out voluntary persuasion activities against uncivilized behaviors such as pedestrians running red lights, not walking sidewalks, bicycles and electric vehicles not riding according to regulations, motorcycle drivers not wearing helmets, and motor vehicle driving insecurity. At the same time, help the elderly and children cross the road safely, provide free guidance for pedestrians, and be a "living Lei Feng" in the new era.
7. Carry out the activity of "Learn from Lei Feng, Sunshine is responsible for maintenance".
Combined with the spirit of Lei Feng in March, in order to build a harmonious campus, serve students and contribute to society, and carry forward the spirit of serving students, society and campus, a caring maintenance team with lofty dedication and certain maintenance skills was established in our school. Repair computers and small household appliances for teachers and students in our school, and then develop into a small team to serve the community. Further strengthen the practical ability of college students, establish a good image of college students, and enhance the social influence of our hospital.
8. For other special activities, please ask all departments to carry out activities that meet the characteristics of members according to their specialties.
Three. Activity summary and commendation award
After the activity, all departments summarized the activity materials and submitted them to the Youth Volunteer Service Corps of the Youth League Committee of the Academy, and held a summary meeting of mine activities in the whole hospital in early April to share their experiences. Commend and encourage outstanding individuals and departments who have made outstanding performance and actively organized in this activity month.

The general branches of all departments should fully understand the significance of this activity, enhance their sense of urgency and responsibility, strengthen the organization of the activity, make overall arrangements for all the work, and promote the in-depth development of the activity.
2, based on the grassroots, facing the youth. Activities focus on the grassroots, and the main body is youth. According to the work requirements of looking down and shifting the center of gravity, we should focus on the grassroots and mobilize the youth, and strive to make the theme activities cover and influence all the youth of the League members.
