Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in Dali University and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws, the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the articles of association of Dali University, and in combination with the actual enrollment of ordinary undergraduate students in our school.

Article 2 Full name of the school: Dali College; Nature of the school: state-owned public (Yunnan) provincial full-time ordinary colleges and universities; School level: master, undergraduate; Department in charge: Yunnan Provincial Department of Education. The registered address of the school is No.2 Hongsheng Road, Dali Town, Dali City, Yunnan Province, with the postal code of 67 1003 and the national standard code of the school 10679. The school has two campuses, Gucheng and Shimonoseki, and the headquarters is located in Gucheng campus.

Article 3 Any student who has the official status of Dali University and has completed the required credits within the allowed study period and met the basic requirements for graduation shall be granted graduation and awarded the undergraduate diploma of Dali University. Graduates who meet the conditions for conferring degrees shall be awarded bachelor's degrees and bachelor's degree certificates.

Article 4 The "sunshine project" of college enrollment is fully implemented in the enrollment work of Dali University, and the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" are followed. School enrollment is supervised by discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, parents, media and all sectors of society.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 5 Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment work of Dali University shall be organized and implemented by the enrollment committees of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 6 Dali University shall set up an Admissions Committee to lead the enrollment work in an all-round way. The school admissions committee is composed of the party secretary, the principal, the school leaders in charge of enrollment, the secretary of the discipline inspection commission and the heads of relevant departments of the school.

Article 7 The Admissions Committee of Dali University consists of the Undergraduate Admissions Office and the Admissions and Employment Department of the Undergraduate Admissions Office, which are specifically responsible for the general undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Dali University has 17 teaching colleges and 62 undergraduate majors, covering ten disciplines such as economy, law, education, literature, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management and art.

Article 9 According to the needs of economic and social development and the orientation of running a school, adhere to the principle of unity of scale, structure, quality and benefit, based on the distribution of enrollment plans in the previous year, and refer to the situation of students in various provinces and regions, the employment situation of graduates and other factors, scientifically and reasonably compile enrollment plans by province and specialty.

Article 10 The enrollment majors, enrollment plans, elective subjects and other requirements of Dali University in each province shall be subject to the announcement made by the provincial enrollment management department where the students are located. Please refer to the school website for detailed introduction of each major.

Article 11 In order to adjust the quality of students and solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score, our school keeps a small number of plans. The reserved plan shall not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan. When using the reserved plan, adhere to the principle of quality first, openness and transparency, and mainly put it in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where our school recruits high-quality students.

Twelfth Dali University undergraduate enrollment for 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities). Among them, Yunnan Province enrolls students in one or two batches, all of which are enrolled in two batches outside Yunnan Province.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Thirteenth the implementation of the relevant policies of the state and the relevant provisions of the provincial admissions management department of the source of students, including policies such as adding or subtracting points, but the same candidate meets multiple conditions for adding points, only one of them will be given extra points, and the extra points will not exceed 20 points.

Article 14 Physical examination standard: It shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions. Candidates with physical disabilities can take care of themselves, meet the professional requirements reported, and the college entrance examination results meet the admission criteria, so they are admitted normally.

Fifteenth non-English majors are not limited to foreign languages in principle, and foreign language teaching is conducted in English after freshmen enter school.

Article 16 Candidates applying for English majors such as English, Business English and Translation. You must take the oral English test organized by the provincial enrollment management department of the place of origin and pass it.

The admission method is: in the same batch file, professional admission is carried out according to the scores from high to low; If the scores are the same, they will be admitted according to the principle of professional voluntary priority; Those with the same scores and volunteers are sorted according to Chinese, mathematics and foreign language subjects, and those with higher scores are preferred.

Twentieth in accordance with the order of volunteering to fill in the batch, priority is given to the first volunteer candidate; In the case of insufficient first-choice students, our school recruits non-first-choice candidates.

Twenty-first art, sports professional candidates, culture, professional test scores to reach the designated investment line of the provincial admissions management department of the origin, according to the professional scores from high to low admission; Some provinces that file according to their comprehensive scores shall implement the provisions of the provincial enrollment management department of the source of students and enroll students from high to low according to their comprehensive scores.

Article 22 The list of students admitted should be published on the online media of the provincial admissions management departments in each place of origin, and the school should also publish the list of students admitted, the scores of various majors and the minimum scores on the school website.

Chapter V Others

Twenty-third schools implement flexible academic system on the basis of basic academic system. The basic educational system of clinical medicine, pediatrics, stomatology, medical imaging, clinical pharmacy, preventive medicine, architecture and other majors is 5 years, and the flexible educational system is 4-7 years; Other majors have a basic academic system of 4 years and a flexible academic system of 3-6 years.

Article 24 After freshmen enter the school, our school will conduct a second interview for freshmen. Freshmen who fail the re-examination will be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations until their admission qualification is cancelled. Anyone who is found to have obtained admission qualification by deception shall be disqualified.

Article 25 Tuition fees: The admission fees for freshmen shall be subject to the charging standards approved by the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education. Specifically: art: 8500-9500 yuan/school year; Education, literature and history: 3,400 yuan/academic year; Law, economy and management: 4,000 yuan/school year; Science and engineering, agronomy: 4,500 yuan/school year; Medical category: 5000 yuan/school year.

Article 26 Accommodation standard: Accommodation fee (per student/academic year): 800- 1200 yuan.

Twenty-seventh schools shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, establish a variety of student aid systems, such as scholarships, national student loans, work-study programs, tuition fee remission, and temporary difficulties subsidies. Provide financial aid to help students with financial difficulties complete their studies.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Platform and the school website. If there is any misunderstanding in the articles of association extracted and published by various media, the complete enrollment articles published by our school shall prevail.

Article 30 In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and national laws, regulations and relevant policies, the latter shall prevail; If false or misleading information is published, the school is willing to bear the relevant responsibilities.
