PLA National Defence University Military Culture College. Military art, formerly known as the Military Culture College of the National Defence University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, is located in Beijing. It is a high-end professional college for personnel training in the military culture field of the whole army and the armed police force. Military art consists of seven departments, including literature, drama, fine arts, music, dance, cultural management and military cultural communication, covering three academic levels: postgraduate, undergraduate and junior college, and is committed to cultivating military literary and artistic talents and cultural management cadres.
