Guide students to study in a planned way.

For students, planned study is much better than unplanned study. Some students learn without a plan, where they slide on watermelon skin, and don't really realize the importance of planned learning. Gorky once said that people who don't know what to do tomorrow are unfortunate, so teachers should guide students to study effectively. Without receiving a class, I always ask students to write down what they must do every day in a small notebook. Such as reciting ancient poems, famous sayings and epigrams, Chinese studies, memorizing new words, previewing texts and reading extracurricular books. These are all things that must be done every day. Plan early and arrange the study time every day reasonably. Ask the students to do this: recite 1 ancient poem. It's basically a poem every three days. According to the length of ancient poems, reciting one or two sentences every day is different. It must be finished in three days, two poems a week. Memorize a famous saying on Sunday, and so do other things that need to be memorized. Divide a big goal into several small goals to accomplish. Otherwise, sometimes an ancient poem or a text is particularly long. Once it is arranged, students will feel afraid of difficulties and the reciting effect will not be very good. If you record separately, not only will it not be a burden, but the recitation will be solid. Memorize new words. The new words have only focused texts, but no non-focused texts. Two articles in unit one focus on reading the text, and there are about seventeen or eighteen new words. It will take about a week and a half to complete the first unit (including tutoring composition). During this week and a half, the new words in this unit will be written once a day, which is unnecessary and the students can't afford it. After learning this unit, parents should study first and pay attention to memory. Review thoroughly after two units. I never ask students to write new words five or six times. Sometimes, this kind of mechanical repetition is just written out and the effect is not very good. I'll talk about preview before class later. 4 read extracurricular books. Everyone is required to read two books each semester and five pages a day. This is something that needs to be done without doubt every day.

With a study plan, study is guaranteed. In the long run, it will improve learning efficiency and cultivate students' good study habits.

I often tell students that everything should be done in an orderly way. The same is true of learning. With a plan, we will study according to the plan and arrange the study time reasonably. In this way, our study will not be blind, we will not waste time like vagrants who don't know where to rest, our study efficiency will not be low, and our academic performance will not be so low.

Second, guide students to learn to preview.

Preview before class is the initial stage of learning. Although it is before class, it is an important link in the whole student's learning process. The process of preview is also the process of students' self-learning. The quality of preview guidance directly affects the efficiency of students' learning process. Once students have a good habit of previewing, they will get twice the result with half the effort. At the same time, it is also a part of the guidance of learning methods for teachers to guide students to study preview. Teaching students preview methods will exercise their self-study ability and cultivate their good self-study habits. Under the background of less class hours, large amount of homework and relatively tight courses, the knowledge of complex courses increases with the growth of grades. Students can only understand some superficial knowledge if they don't preview the teacher's lecture, and it is almost impossible to understand it thoroughly. So every time I receive a new grade, I will guide my students from the primary stage, teach them how to preview, and let them gradually understand the importance of preview. I want to preview the text instead of skimming it. This homework can be done or not, it must be done, and it must be done carefully as required. My requirements for preview are generally as follows: (1) mark the natural paragraph. Because you need to use natural paragraphs when reporting. (2) Underline the new words. Because the new words have striking marks, we will pay attention to them intentionally or unintentionally and strengthen our memory in the process of reading the text repeatedly in class. (3) Find the meaning of difficult words. The teacher is controversial about understanding words. Some teachers think that words should be understood in the process of speaking and reading the text. But after so many years of teaching practice, I found that there are only a few keywords that can be understood in teaching, and many of them still have no time to get them in class. Or maybe students put words in the text, probably knowing what they mean, but they can't express them accurately; In addition, students' cognition and understanding are different, so the words they are looking for are different. They all know these words in the preview. During the lecture, they can combine the meaning of the words they are looking for with the content of the text and tell their experiences more deeply. Moreover, we know that words can only be used accurately if they are understood, which lays a foundation for improving oral and writing skills. (4) Read the text well. Every time I attend class, I tell my students that the starting point of my writing is to read the text well. If the text is not read well, it is difficult to understand the content of the text. Over time, the gap with everyone will get farther and farther. Furthermore, the text is an example of improving Chinese literacy. Only after reading well can we dig out the connotation, experience the center and learn to write. The above four points are the habits that I ask students to develop in preview. After the habit is gradually formed, students will taste the sweetness, so that students can develop good habits of previewing. Students must be told that preview is not simply about what to learn tomorrow, but doing it while watching the content. Of course, teachers should guide students to form the habit of previewing, which cannot be done overnight, but should be adhered to for a long time and gradually formed. Once students' good preview habits are developed, they can not only improve the efficiency of class, but also improve the efficiency of learning.

Third, improve the quality of 40-minute classroom teaching to the maximum extent.

Let me talk about it from the following three aspects:

Look at the first point first: prepare lessons carefully. As the saying goes: Never fight an unprepared battle. Mark the teaching ideas and understanding of key sentences in the book, and take notes. My Chinese book is always marked with many things, including fluidity and wonderful interlanguage. After marking, I will be familiar with it again and again in advance. In class, students will browse the text while reading it, so that the whole process will be smooth and natural. Avoid unsmooth language, chaotic structure and vague organization during lectures. After such a class, the teacher had a great effort and the students were confused. If you can prepare lessons carefully in every class, you should know in advance how the teacher guides you, where the students should train and how to implement the training points of this class. Careful preparation in advance and good guidance in the whole process make it easy for students to learn, and their language ability, especially their language expression ability, cannot be improved.

2 stimulate interest.

As the saying goes, "Interest is the best teacher". With a strong interest, we can master knowledge easily and solidly. Therefore, in the usual teaching, use a variety of methods to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning. I usually work hard in the following aspects: (1) Carefully design interlanguage to stimulate interest; (2) Take the textbook content as the carrier, unfold the text skillfully and stimulate interest; (3) Collect some interesting stories and insert them into the classroom; (4) Make the courseware design more novel; (5) Let students move in class, instead of passively listening to the class with their hands on the blackboard. In this way, students can't sit for long, even if they keep their eyes on the blackboard, they are already thinking. Is it necessary to design some links to make students move in class, so that students' thinking will be active, the speed of accepting knowledge will be fast, and the learning efficiency will naturally be high.

3 "Feed the fish".

The ancients said that it is better to teach people to fish than to teach people to fish. This is very important for improving students' grades, because students cover a wide range of knowledge. Only by teaching students the methods of learning can he solve various problems in various forms and changes by methods.

Chinese learning methods involve both the whole and the part of Chinese. There are basic and specific ones. Guidance on the specific learning methods of primary school students can be divided into word learning, sentence learning, paragraph learning, article learning and writing learning. In the usual teaching, I put some basic methods into the usual teaching. For example, when there are long and difficult sentences in the text, in order to help students understand them, I will turn them into short sentences and then teach students how to shorten them; Rhetorical questions are involved in this paper. In addition to understanding its expression, let the students turn it into a declarative sentence, and then turn the declarative sentence into a rhetorical question with examples. Figures of speech are involved in the text. Teach students what figures of speech are, what they include, what are the characteristics of figurative sentences, what are parallelism sentences, what are the differences between anthropomorphic sentences and figurative sentences, and what are the differences between them. How to understand the four-character lattice and how to understand the two-character lattice; How punctuation marks occupy the case (it seems like a small problem, but it is not small. Many students don't know what a label is, what a dot is, and how to occupy the case); There are also ways to understand the text from paragraphs to sentences to words, which should be given to students. It is particularly worth mentioning that in the process of learning the text, writing methods must be interspersed, because the improvement of writing ability is not achieved overnight, but the accumulation of long-term Chinese ability, and we know that the text is an example of improving Chinese ability, not just a simple analysis of this text every day. We must remember that this is just an example. Like examples in mathematics, we should implement a little in each text, such as today. How the author of simple narrative highlights the center through concrete examples; How does the author demonstrate his point of view? These methods should be summed up ... the improvement of Chinese ability requires the accumulation of methods and languages. It is only a drop in the bucket to improve students' homework ability if they don't teach homework methods at ordinary times and only teach when they encounter unit homework.

These methods should run through daily teaching, and the methods taught should be implemented in the homework of this class. If it is found through homework that students have not mastered a certain knowledge well enough, they will practice it repeatedly in several consecutive homework until they master it.

It must be remembered that this article is just an example. Don't simply analyze the ideas of each class article and dismember the text at the expense of the implementation of students' basic Chinese knowledge and the improvement of their ability. As long as we persist in doing this every day, students' abilities and grades will be improved unconsciously.

Learn to listen.

Listening is listening carefully. Listen to the teacher quietly, remember some important details the teacher said in class, keep up with the teacher's ideas and grasp the main points of knowledge, so you will get twice the result with half the effort. However, some students won't listen in class. For example, before a student's speech is over, the students next to him raise their hands and shout, "Teacher, I'm coming, I'm coming ...", so the students who are giving a speech can't hear what they are saying clearly. When the teacher named a student to answer the question, the other students who raised their hands did not put down their hands to listen, but all sighed and became dejected and despondent, so the lecture would definitely have no effect; Also, when the teacher is talking with relish, some students are doing their own things without anyone watching. Of course he doesn't know what the teacher said after class. Think about the effect of this lecture? These phenomena show that students will not listen to lectures, which requires teachers to give correct guidance in class and let students understand that in an active class, it is not enough to have expressive ability. Only by listening carefully can they effectively and actively participate in teaching activities, open the spark of thinking, acquire more knowledge, cultivate learning ability, improve learning efficiency, and let students understand that listening is a golden key to acquire knowledge and improve learning efficiency. Mastering this golden key will improve your learning efficiency a hundred times, just as Socrates, an ancient Greek philosopher, said: A God-given man has two ears and two eyes, but only one bite, so that he can listen more and watch less.

Therefore, teachers should guide students to form a good habit of consolidating review. It not only improves our learning ability, but also is an important way to improve our learning efficiency. Therefore, Confucius said: review the past and learn the new, so that students can truly realize the importance of consolidating review.

I don't know how to be flexible and diverse in my homework.

There are many and miscellaneous Chinese homework. Some teachers assign homework all day, either writing new words or copying texts. When students do their homework, they feel boring. Over time, they become coping homework and fail to improve. I insist on the following two points when assigning homework: 1 homework diversification. Don't just write new words, do exercise books and write compositions, but also let students practice words, recite ancient poems and read a beautiful passage aloud in front of the mirror. If you do some written homework mechanically, students will feel bored and writing for the sake of writing is not efficient enough. This kind of practical homework not only enriches students' life, but also broadens their horizons, increases their knowledge, and provides materials for exercises, so that students can have something to say and evidence to check in the exercises. The reading mode of "not listening to things outside the window, only reading sage books" is far from being able to adapt to the current educational situation.

Pay attention to your knowledge accumulation.

And apply what you have learned to your own practice. The class is wonderful, the students are very interested and the learning efficiency is high. Imagine that if we stutter in class on weekdays and forget the next sentence after saying the last sentence, the language is poor, infectious and the lectures are unclear, then improving students' ability and improving learning efficiency can only be empty talk.

Let students always maintain vigorous energy, cheerful attitude and relaxed study.
