After the link is completed, you need to set your own VPN properties, otherwise you can't surf the Internet, because your port is a sub-port and you have to pass the verification. Right-click the logo of the VPN link and you will see the properties. Just click on it. The next window option, network and security, can not be less. Everything must be set to the choice in the picture, and it must be the same as in the picture, otherwise it can't be connected to the internet.
