This project is led by Yichang Municipal Government, designed by GIG International Design Group, and invested and developed by Yichang He Yi Enterprise Incubation Operation Management Co., Ltd. This project is a marriage of Tsinghua University Science Park managed by Tsinghua University Tiqi Holdings Co., Ltd., with "National Incubator" as the construction planning standard. The planned investment of the project is 65.438+0.05 billion yuan, with a total area of about 654.38+0.60 mu and a total construction area of about 220,000 square meters. The project is developed in three phases, and the whole development cycle is 2-4 years. The building density is 2 1. 1%, the greening rate is 35.5%, and there are nearly 2,700 parking spaces.

The orientation of science and technology in Tsinghua is a "park-style science and technology complex". By introducing the water from Yichang Canal, the water features will run through the whole park, and the water culture will be brought into full play. Moreover, the park landscape pays attention to the enjoyment of ecology and space and presents high-tech elements everywhere. The super-large 38-acre Mampo Park allows you to enjoy the superimposed feast of ecology and culture after work.

Generally speaking, Tsinghua Science Park is an all-round large-scale comprehensive science park integrating professional incubation, high-grade office, corporate headquarters, scientific and technological achievements display, centralized research and development, and public services. After the project is completed, more than 2,000 small and medium-sized enterprises can be hatched at the same time.
