Travelers need to provide the information and address of their contacts in landing visa when filling out the form, so it is recommended that you book the hotel in advance for future reference.

According to information from official website and other forums, an invitation letter is required for visas to land in Iran, and travelers need to show it to the visa officer after landing. Actually, I didn't make any preparations. My friend in Iran gave me his phone number and address and asked me to fill out the visa application form. No problem. The visa office didn't call him to confirm.

Waiting time: as soon as I get off the plane, I'll run to the counter for visa on arrival. The processing speed is really not fast. I waited 40 minutes to finish it.

Friendly reminder:

1. The list of materials listed by official website is as complete as possible. Although I only provided my passport, it doesn't mean that I don't need photos and round-trip air tickets next time I go to apply. After all, this is just in case.

2. Iran is a country where girls need to wear headscarves when entering or leaving the country. It is best to avoid short-sleeved shorts. It is too hot to help.

Although Iran is close to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen and other countries, there is no war in Iran. It is very, very safe. Don't worry! The Iranian people are too warm and friendly to the people of China.

I hope everyone can get visas and enter the country smoothly.
