2-3 college students in a class can join the party. Compared with college students joining the Party, each class is allocated fewer places, and the overall requirements for college students are higher, with 2-3 places in each class. To join the Party, college students must be at least 18 years old, submit an application for joining the Party, participate in study and education after the Party organization has completed the examination, and then pass the written examination and interview before they can become party member.
