At present, Hainan Radio and TV University has three levels: undergraduate, junior college and technical secondary school, and four forms of school-running structure: adult junior college education, higher vocational education, open education undergraduate and junior college. It has the school-running conditions and teaching staff for setting up accounting, law, computer science and technology, English, etc. 14 majors, with more than 8,000 students in various academic qualifications.

With the attention and support of the provincial people's government and the provincial education department, Hainan Radio and TV University has obtained 300 mu of land planned by the government as a new campus in the new area of Guilin Foreign Studies University in Haikou. The development and construction of the new campus is in full swing.
