Those who meet the accommodation conditions need to apply in person. After the approval of the department and personnel department, the housing reform office of the school logistics department will make unified arrangements and sign an apartment lease contract with the school.

2. The lease term of the apartment for single teachers shall not exceed six years in principle. If it is necessary to continue to rent a single teacher's apartment due to special circumstances, the rent shall be paid at 1.5 times the rental price of similar areas and similar rooms.

3. For those who have enjoyed the school housing subsidy (including those who have enjoyed the housing subsidy in Fengxian area), the school will no longer arrange single teacher apartments.

4. The apartment for single teachers is only used by the faculty of our school and may not be sublet or used for other purposes. If illegal behaviors such as subletting are found, the rent shall be paid at 1.5 times of the rent price of similar areas and similar housing markets.

5. Teachers who live in single teachers' apartments must abide by the property management regulations of residential areas and all relevant regulations of governments at all levels, and take full responsibility for their safety during their stay as responsible persons.

6. All employees who rent single teachers' apartments should obey the housing allocation of the management department. For those who persuade the exclusive housing through education or obstruct the distribution of school management departments in other ways, the rent from next month will be charged at twice the rent price of similar areas and similar housing markets, and the expenses will be deducted from my salary.

7. The single teachers introduced will be subsidized by the school according to the regulations when renting, and the expenses will be approved by the personnel department.

8. The apartment for single teachers is managed by the Housing Reform Office of the Logistics Support Office.
