Dai Songyuan, 1967 was born in Jixi county, Anhui province in June. 1987 Graduated from Physics Department of Anhui Normal University in July. In the same year, he was admitted to the Institute of Plasma Physics, China Academy of Sciences, where he received a master's degree and a doctor's degree.

From September 20 12 to March 20 19, he served as Dean of Renewable Energy College of North China Electric Power University.

According to the news of North China Electric Power University (2065438+March 28th, 2009), the Party Committee of our school attached great importance to the recent online media's reflection and report on a dean named Dai, and asked the school discipline inspection commission to start the verification quickly and stop the work of the dean on March 20th.
