Jincheng College of Sichuan University is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education, sponsored by Sichuan University, a key university directly under the Ministry of Education, and invested by 16 Chinese and foreign enterprises. It is a multidisciplinary, comprehensive, applied and entrepreneurial university with a high starting point and high level based on the centennial site of Sichuan University.

Jincheng College is located in Chengdu, a land of abundance, and in the high-tech west zone where well-known enterprises gather. With high-standard teaching and living facilities and elegant environment, it is an ideal place for learning, teaching and scientific research. The college now has 12 teaching departments (centers), 48 undergraduate majors, 9 specialist majors, 100 and more than 20,000 teachers and students, forming a comprehensive school-running pattern with coordinated development of six disciplines, namely, literature, science, engineering, economics, management and art, and complete multi-level and multi-form professional categories.
