Record of 2020 College Graduates' Internship Week (7 weeks)
# Internship Report # Introduction Internship is a process that every college student must face and experience. A correct understanding of the significance of internship to college students will play a very favorable role in promoting future employment and work. There is no weekly internship (7 weeks) for the 2020 college graduates to see. I hope it will help everyone!

First week

When I come to a strange environment, people and things in the company feel a little stiff, and try to make my smile less clumsy. On the first day, the HR manager didn't show us the company environment and meet new colleagues as I expected. Everyone seems to be busy. Maybe now is the peak season for business. In the first week of internship, there was no business work to start as we thought. We are just assigned some transactional work, such as sorting out documents and recording some old copies. Then I used my lunch break to meet some new colleagues and get familiar with the company environment.

Second week

After the second week of internship, I also have some understanding of the company's operation process. Although I haven't done any specific operations yet, I am no longer at a loss when I come into contact with new transactions, and I have learned some methods to deal with emergencies. For example, I received some complaint calls, knew how to appease customers' emotions, and how to deal with them simply in the early stage. Moreover, I learned the importance of initiative from the process of work. When you have a choice, you should take the initiative in your own hands. I believe that when you first started your internship, you all did "chores" such as copying, typing and sorting out documents. Because you didn't understand the company's work content and process at first, doing "chores" became a must-do job when you were internship. Although the work is complicated, I have learned a lot from it. Therefore, no matter big or small, as long as you study hard, do your job well, study hard, ask hard and do hard, you will get unexpected gains.

Third week

After a week of handyman work, I have a general understanding of the company's operation process and business, so our work content has changed a little this week. In addition to sorting out simple customer information, I also began to pay a return visit to some customers. Before that, I always thought it was a very simple job, because I learned the skills of telemarketing at school, but in the process of real operation, I found that there were still many small details that needed our attention. For example, in the initial return visit, try not to delay too long, generally control it in 3-5 minutes, so as to end the conversation or annoy the customer. At the same time, in the process of conversation, how to report yourself and how to sell a product are all tips, because only by thinking from the customer's point of view will the customer be willing to continue the next conversation. If you want to know what benefits you have brought to it, what benefits it will have, and so on. If possible, try to make an appointment to meet, because many times, many problems will be much better through face-to-face conversation than just telephone conversation. A person can understand the thoughts of a real customer through interviews, which is more convincing when explaining some problems.

Fourth week

A week's telephone call back, from unfamiliar to skilled, from one phone call to n phone calls, I go to work every day to sort out yesterday's customer information, see which customers' information needs a return visit and which are today's key customers, and inform other people to visit on site. Then, we will start to call back one after another. The process of answering the phone is long and the result is chilling. Maybe you made 100 calls. Only one customer has positive news, other customers are euphemistically refusing, and some even have a bad attitude. That positive customer may be destroyed at any time. I finally began to understand my predecessors. After a week of telephone baptism, the eardrum began to show signs of occupational diseases, and at the same time, there was a fear of telephone. I believe this is the first hurdle that every telemarketer will face after independence! A complicated and boring phone call back, but it must be experienced. Only by overcoming this experience can we make greater progress.

Fifth week

How time flies! I have been practicing for more than a month in a blink of an eye. Looking back on the past few weeks, I have learned a lot. Despite some minor complaints in the middle, many things have finally not wasted the past time. Thanks to my colleagues' encouragement and help in my most difficult time, I overcame my phone phobia. With their help, I learned a lot of knowledge that was not in the textbook. I believe this will be a fortune in my future life and work. With this business contact for more than a month, I feel better when I pick up the phone and my mentality is easier to adjust. According to the monthly work tasks, I began to make a weekly plan for myself, and began to implement it chapter by chapter, and made a clear plan for each step of myself. The seemingly simple work plan covers a lot of content. The work plan must be implementable and each work goal must be achievable. This is not only for the superior, but also for yourself. Only when each goal is achieved will the work be more motivated.

Sixth week

After nearly a month's telephone call back, in addition to reporting the previous work and some summaries, we have a more arduous task this week-taking old employees to visit customers (this is our focus in the next stage). The day before departure, you should prepare materials, not only written materials, but also materials in your mind. After knowing the background information of the customer, we should make clear the main points of our conversation, what we will achieve in this conversation and so on. We should have a simple plan in mind. Of course, these are just some key points, and more importantly, the skills of conversation and so on.

Of course, the old employee will not tell you the above, such as what he wants to talk about this time, how to cut this topic with customers and so on. , and can only sum up their talking points with customers by listening in a few times. After doing your homework, the most important thing is to practice in actual combat, because only through continuous practice can you make progress, otherwise it will only be an armchair strategist.

Seventh week

After a month's exercise, I found myself making rapid progress, and I was still doing telephone communication with customers this week. Go out to interview clients occasionally. Because I have always been introverted, the first interview with customers seemed nervous and not smooth, but after an experience, I made a lot of progress. With the encouragement of my manager and colleagues, I boldly tried to deal with it and gradually got better. No more stage fright under strange circumstances. Today, customers who are much more experienced than me can be familiar with our products through concise and clear expressions, so as to have a stronger interest in our products.

People are always like this. If you haven't experienced it, you will never know what it is like and whether it is really that difficult. So, no matter what, even if you are completely unfamiliar, as long as you have the opportunity, you must try and do well. Because there is no experience, then more preparation is needed. The other thing is not to be afraid of failure, just do it with your heart. When you are proficient, then success will come naturally. For example, although I didn't do a good job or failed in interviewing clients for the first time, this attempt benefited me a lot and greatly promoted the success of my follow-up tasks. I have also tested my level and adaptability through constant experience and attempts.

Only through constant efforts, constant attempts and constant accumulation of experience can we find our own shortcomings, and then when we make up for them, we will really improve ourselves. So, anyway, work hard and tell yourself that you can do better as long as you put your heart into it!
