Therefore, it is relatively hard for two students to go to a big enterprise during the autumn recruitment, because you were dumped for a few blocks from your education. If you don't want to, you can only start earlier than others and make more preparations and efforts.
First, clear career planning, don't be a headless fly in autumn.
We have taken a career planning class since freshman year, and the teacher even asked us to analyze ourselves with swot and make clear what we are suitable for. However, after three years, you still don't know what you want to do.
Therefore, there are some such students around me. When they see a position that matches them a little, their first thought is "vote before speaking". They always try first, let go of their hands and feet, and want to embrace the internet industry, the fast-moving consumer industry and the financial industry. Their positions cover sales, operations, manpower and so on. This is a typical example: I don't know what I am suitable for, and I spent more than half my time trying autumn tricks. You know a little about every direction, but you are not good at it. Besides, do you really have that much energy to make this aimless investment in the sea? Do you have that much time to try? I think it's important to know what you are suitable for before autumn. Once you know the industry and post you want to go to, you will also work hard in that industry and post.
Tell me about myself, how do I know clearly that I want to do Internet-related operations? In fact, when I was a freshman, sophomore or even the first semester of my junior year, I was very confused and didn't know what I was suitable for. But I basically try to determine my own direction and plan through my internship experience. I have a lot of internship experience, I have worked as a new media operator in China Mobile, a marketing assistant in Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and hr in Yum! Brand, and an e-commerce platform operator of Vipshop. These internship experiences have helped me a lot. On the one hand, they have given me a deeper understanding of these industries, and on the other hand, they have helped me determine my career plan. I am good at new media operation, because I know my copywriting skills and typesetting skills are good. However, the internship experience of the bank and Yum! In fact, the philosophy of literature is to "be your own time planner". We all understand an eternal truth-"time should be allocated and used reasonably, and time should be cherished". But there are too many objective factors involved, such as your personal perseverance, your planning for yourself and so on. Actually, we don't need to be so detailed. We can fully understand what I want to do at that stage. For example, as a fresh meat, I was also attracted by the colorful clubs on campus, so I put a lot of energy into the clubs and participated in some volunteer activities in the summer vacation. During the winter vacation of my sophomore year, I started my first internship. Similarly, I started my second internship in the summer vacation; In my junior year, when there is no class, I will squeeze out some time to do the third internship. During the winter vacation of my junior year, I decided to study hard, so I signed up for an offline course at Microsoft for more than one and a half months. Third, don't say that you are trying to accumulate experience in the autumn.
