For undergraduates with full-time undergraduate education and graduation time less than 5 years, postgraduates with master's degree or above and corresponding degree, and talents with associate senior and above professional and technical post qualifications, who have stable employment in public service industries (sanitation, public transportation, education, health, auxiliary police, public management) and industrial functional areas in our city, there is no income access restriction, and only need to meet housing, social security and residence permit.
What materials do I need to apply for rental subsidies?
The applicant truthfully fills in the Application Form for Rental Subsidy of Public Rental Housing in Chengdu, promises to bear legal responsibility for the authenticity, validity and legality of the application materials, and agrees to authorize relevant departments to investigate and publicize the information about their family (individual) housing and income, and provide the following materials:
(1) If the applicant is a registered family in Chengdu, provide the applicant's household registration book, residence permit (not a registered family member in Chengdu), ID card, marriage certificate, original and photocopy of housing lease contract and housing lease registration certificate, original income certificate issued by the unit (no employees in the work unit provide income commitment) and other relevant supporting materials. Applicants or family members who have entered our city for the reason of "elderly parents taking refuge in their children" and have not been over 3 years, must provide proof of personal housing information in the place where their household registration moved out, and their housing situation in the place where their original household registration is located will be included in the self-owned housing audit.
(2) If the applicant is a single resident with household registration in Chengdu, provide the original and photocopy of the household registration book, ID card, marriage certificate (unmarried commitment letter), house lease contract and house lease registration certificate, and the original income certificate issued by the applicant's work unit (income commitment letter provided by single residents who have reached the age of 35 and have no job, special care recipients who have no job or adult orphans) and other relevant supporting materials. Single residents under the age of 35 must also provide the original and photocopy of the labor (employment) contract. If the applicant is an adult orphan, relevant certification materials from the civil affairs department or social welfare institution shall be provided. Elderly parents who have taken refuge in their children and entered our city for less than 3 years must provide proof of personal housing information in the place where their household registration moved out, and the housing situation in the place where their original household registration is located should be included in the self-owned housing audit.
(3) If the applicant is a migrant worker, provide the applicant's residence permit, residence permit integral results (independently inquired and printed on the Chengdu Residence Permit Integral Public Service Platform), marriage certificate (unmarried commitment letter), labor (employment) contract, applicant's and spouse's ID card, house lease contract and house lease registration certificate, and the original income certificate issued by the unit. If the applicant's spouse meets the application conditions, the above application materials shall be submitted to the sub-district office (township) where the employer is registered.
(4) If the applicant is a public service industry employee or an industrial functional area employee, provide the original and photocopy of the ID card, household registration book and marital status certificate of himself and his family members. At the same time, the following applicants must also provide the original and photocopy of the academic certificate issued by the national education department or the professional title certificate issued by the human resources department: 1 Have a full-time undergraduate degree and obtain a corresponding degree, and the graduation time is less than 5 years (including 5 years); 2. Have a master's degree or above and obtain a corresponding degree; 3. Have the qualifications of deputy senior and above professional and technical positions.
