Teaching assistants can manage it, because if something goes wrong, they will be scolded and take full responsibility, not New Oriental. What you should worry about is the teacher's ability. I'm a teaching assistant in New Oriental, but I'm in the middle school department. Apart from being poor, most of those teachers are full of nonsense, and they just look at the answers and don't talk about the topics at all, but the children especially like it because it's interesting to shoot the breeze.
