Chongqing Jiaotong University, founded in 195 1, is a multidisciplinary university with the right to award doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees, focusing on engineering, with the coordinated development of engineering, management, science, economics, literature and law.

Dalian Jiaotong University is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian. Originally affiliated to the Ministry of Railways, it was placed under the management of Liaoning provincial government in February 2000, and the management system of "combining the central and local governments and giving priority to local management" was implemented. In May 2004, it was renamed Dalian Jiaotong University with the approval of the Ministry of Education. It is the only institution of higher learning in Northeast China that features rail transit.

I think Chongqing Jiaotong University is better.
