Government education funds can be subdivided into three levels: central government and provincial government. The responsibility of the county government is mainly the investment of basic education funds, while the focus of provincial education funds is higher education and some special funds.
Education funds mainly come from financial expenditure and funds raised by various local channels. According to the regulations of the state, the state establishes an education fund-raising system with financial allocation as the main part, supplemented by various other channels, and gradually increases investment in education to ensure a stable source of education funds for state-run schools. The sources of national education funds include national financial education funds, social organizations and individual citizens' funds for running schools, social donations and fund-raising funds for running schools, tuition fees, miscellaneous fees and other education funds. Among them, the national financial education funds include budgetary education funds, education funds collected by governments at all levels, funds for school education by enterprises, education funds for school-run industries, work-study programs and social services, and other national financial education funds.
