In order to fully implement the Party's educational policy, deepen the reform of the educational system in colleges and universities, embody the trinity talent training mode in our school, encourage students to study hard, promote all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique, and train qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause, these regulations are formulated.

Article 1 Basic conditions for awarding prizes

1. Love the motherland, support the party's line, principles and policies, and have good political quality and moral cultivation;

2. Be aggressive, study hard and get good grades;

3. Abide by the law, maintain social morality, consciously abide by the code of conduct of college students, abide by the relevant rules and regulations of the school, and have a strong sense of collective honor.

Article 3 Scholarship categories for outstanding students

I. Research scholarships

Scholarships will be awarded the first, second and third prizes, and the winners will account for 30%, including:

The grand prize is 5000 yuan/person, and ten people are selected by the whole school every year (from the first prize winners);

The first prize is 3000 yuan/person, which is assessed by 5% of the number of students in each major;

Second prize 1500 yuan/person, assessed by 10% of the number of professionals;

The third prize 1000 yuan/person, according to the number of students in each major 15% evaluation.

The average GPA of participating students shall not be less than 3.5 (provided by the Academic Affairs Office).

Two. Extracurricular scholarship

The awarding conditions, grades and proportions of off-campus scholarships donated by the outside world shall be implemented with reference to the awarding methods of donation bonuses.

Three. Freshman scholarship

The freshman scholarship is not graded, and the reward amount is 4000 yuan/person. The scope of granting new scholarships shall be implemented according to the method published in Tongji University's annual enrollment brochure.

Four. Social activity award

Social activity award 500 yuan/person, assessed by 5% of the number of students in each college.

The evaluation scope of social activity award includes students' daily performance in school, participation in social work and social activities, collective sense of honor, dormitory hygiene and other comprehensive contents. The average GPA of participating students shall not be less than 3.0 (provided by the Academic Affairs Office).

The categories, grades and proportions of discipline competition awards shall be implemented with reference to the Regulations on Discipline Competition Awards of Tongji University.

Award of intransitive verb science and technology competition

The categories, grades and proportions of science and technology competition awards shall be implemented with reference to the Regulations of Tongji University on Students' Science and Technology Competition Awards.

Seven. Social practice award

Fifteen outstanding activity awards are awarded to 200 yuan;

Each of the 30 outstanding individual awards will be awarded 100 yuan.

Those who won the municipal social practice award were rewarded according to the school-level standard, and those who won the national social practice award were rewarded according to the municipal standard. Those who have won multi-level awards will be paid according to the highest standards.

Eight. "Three Good" Series Awards

The "three good" series awards are composed of advanced collectives (pacesetters), three good students (pacesetters) and outstanding student cadres (pacesetters). The "three good" series awards are commended before and after the May Fourth Movement every year, and the reward ratio is implemented with reference to the provisions of the relevant departments at higher levels.

Article 4 Measures for Awards and Issuance

1. The study scholarship is evaluated once every academic year and organized and implemented by the Student Affairs Office. The evaluation method shall be implemented with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Evaluation of Scholarships for Studying Abroad.

Two. The evaluation methods of off-campus scholarships shall be implemented with reference to the Regulations on Donations and Awards.

3. The list of winners of the freshman scholarship is determined by the school admissions office according to the provisions of the Tongji University Admissions Guide published every year.

4. Social activity awards are evaluated once every academic year, and the specific incentives are formulated by the colleges and reported to the Student Affairs Office for the record. Social activity awards are reviewed by all colleges, and the winners are determined after posting for comments.

Five. The evaluation method of discipline competition awards shall be implemented with reference to the Regulations on Discipline Competition Awards of Tongji University.

Six. The evaluation method of the science and technology competition award shall be implemented with reference to the Regulations on Science and Technology Competition Awards of Tongji University, and the Youth League Committee shall be responsible for the selection.

Seven. The social practice award is determined according to the incentive measures formulated by the Youth League Committee of the school.

Eight "three good" series awards evaluation methods refer to the "Tongji University" three good "series awards regulations formulated by the school Youth League Committee to determine the winners.

Nine. The outstanding graduate student award is reviewed by the Student Affairs Office to determine the winner.

Eleven. All kinds of scholarships are audited by the Student Affairs Office and then distributed by the Finance Department.

Article 5 Supplementary Provisions

1. these regulations shall come into force as of the date of adoption by the president's office meeting.

2. These regulations are applicable to students enrolled in and after 2004. Scholarship evaluation methods for students enrolled before 2004 are still implemented according to the original provisions.

3. The school authorizes the Student Affairs Office to formulate detailed rules or methods for evaluating various scholarships.

4. This provision is organized and implemented by the Student Affairs Office and is responsible for the interpretation.
