When I graduated from college, I was assigned to a good institution. There are few young people in this institution, and even fewer girls.

My arrival has attracted everyone's attention. The leaders in charge of our department specifically talked to me, saying that I was young and promising, in the prime of my life, and had a bright future. Let me use inspiring words such as wisdom and sagacity to make my blood boil, as if a bright future is waving to me.

Then the direct leader talked to me and said that I was full of vigor, intelligence and enthusiasm, so let me give full play to my advantages and do a good job. After being affirmed and instructed by the leaders, I made up my mind to do a good job.

I am active and capable, often praised by leaders and colleagues, and I am very happy to work in such an environment.
