Freshmen who come by boat can take bus 13 at the pier to the south exit of Dalian Railway Station. Second, the file transfer

According to the arrangement of the admissions committees of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), freshmen who need to bring their own paper files should go to the admissions office of the city (autonomous region or county) or the middle school where they are located to handle the file transfer procedures (files include: middle school enrollment materials, college entrance examination materials, party and youth league materials, etc. ) handle it in time after receiving the admission notice. 1. Freshmen in Liaoning Province do not move their registered permanent residence.
