Short-term exchange plan
purpose
Kumamoto University's short-term exchange program is designed for students who are full-time registered in foreign universities and have foreign citizenship. The program provides foreign undergraduates who are interested in Japanese, Japanese and Asian society and culture, advanced science and technology and interaction with foreign students with the opportunity to study in Japan for up to one year, while still retaining their full-time status in their own universities. The university also hopes that the project can promote exchanges between foreign university students and Japanese university students.

Kumamoto University's short-term exchange program is designed for students who are registered in overseas universities and have foreign nationality. The program provides a one-year study opportunity in Japan for foreign undergraduates who are interested in Japanese language, Japanese and Asian social culture, advanced science and technology and interaction with foreign students. During their study, they will retain their full-time student status in the original university. Kumamoto University also hopes that this project can promote the exchange between foreign university students and Japanese university students.

Electronic course (English course)
Generally speaking, this course is for third-year undergraduates of universities that have student exchange agreements with Kumamoto University. Students in this course mainly attend short-term exchange program courses taught in English. In addition, they can take Japanese and Japanese learning courses. Students in this course can take specialized courses and general education courses for undergraduates in various departments, and these courses are not included in the course completion requirements.

J course (Japanese course)
This course is for students from universities that have student exchange agreements with Kumamoto University. The students of this course mainly study the specialized courses of undergraduate students in various departments, as well as Japanese and Japanese research courses. In addition, they can attend general education courses and short-term exchange courses taught in English.
Japanese course
This kind of course is aimed at students who have a student exchange agreement with Kumamoto University. In this kind of courses, students can study the specialized courses of undergraduates in various colleges, as well as Japanese and Japanese studies courses. In addition, students can also study general education courses and short-term exchange program courses taught in English.
Acceptance period
Students can start studying for half a year or a year in October or April of any year.
Duration of employment

Applicant qualification
Electronic course (English course)
1. As a general rule, the applicant should be a full-time thirdyear undergraduate in a university with a student exchange agreement with Kumamoto University, and must have foreign nationality.
2. Have English ability equivalent to TOEFL online test 6 1 point or above.
Applicants should be physically and mentally capable of completing their studies.

Qualifications and conditions of the applicant

Applicants should belong to a department of an overseas foreign university when they arrive in Japan and return to their home country, majoring in areas related to Japanese language or culture. In addition, the applicant must have at least two years of Japanese learning experience.
Japanese level of Kumamoto University (JLPT N3-N2) level 4 or above is preferred.
Applicants should be able to complete college studies both physically and mentally.
Applicants should be prepared to devote themselves to the research of this project all year round, have enthusiasm for research work, and class participation is necessary.
Qualifications of the applicant
1. I plan to deepen my understanding of Japanese language, Japanese studies and Japanese culture during my study in Japan and live outside Japan;
2. He must be a citizen of a country approved by the Japanese government and can study projects. (Students with Japanese nationality cannot apply)
Before coming to Japan and after returning to China, you need to be a college of a foreign university, and your major needs to be related to Japanese or Japanese culture. Moreover, you must have at least two years of Japanese learning experience;
4. Kumamoto University Japanese Band 4 or above is preferred;
