Jiaotong University Only is an educational group in Shanghai, the full name of which is Shanghai Jiaotong University Only Education Technology Co., Ltd., which was established in 1992. The company mainly provides various educational services, including English training for teenagers, extracurricular tutoring for primary and secondary schools, language training and vocational education. Although its name contains the word "Jiaotong University", the company has no direct affiliation with Jiaotong University (including Shanghai Jiaotong University and Xi Jiaotong University).

Shanghai Jiaotong University and Xi Jiaotong University are both famous institutions of higher learning in China, which are affiliated to the Ministry of Education and are national key universities directly under the Ministry of Education.
