The College has established long-term relations of personnel training, academic exchanges and cooperation with more than 20 universities including Vienna Agricultural University, technical university of munich, Freiburg University, Vakhnin University, University of Eastern Finland, Helsinki University, Swedish Agricultural University, University of British Columbia, University of Tokyo, University of Lerida, Cornell University and Virginia Tech University. Organize undergraduate students to visit abroad every year, and sponsor graduate students to study abroad for more than 40 times.

The college is the only cooperative university in Asia for European masters of forestry. Hosted two international cooperation platforms: China-Austria Environmental Protection Research Center and Eucommia Institute of Northwest A&F University.
