Cultivation of Students' Innovative Thinking in College Oral English Teaching
Colleges and universities are important positions for knowledge innovation and knowledge dissemination. Based on the principle of humanistic autonomy, this paper analyzes the cultivation of innovative thinking embodied in the actual teaching process of college oral English course, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the teaching methods of innovative thinking. In college English teaching, some English teachers only pay attention to instilling language knowledge, ignoring the cultivation and strengthening of students' innovative thinking ability, which makes teaching and learning out of touch, leading to the embarrassing situation that "teachers are not good at teaching and students are not good at learning". In every learning process, students participate in exploring innovative thinking ability, but this problem is ignored in long-term exam-oriented teaching, which stifles the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness. Based on this, this paper summarizes the effective methods and coping strategies to cultivate students' innovative ability in college English teaching.

The task and present situation of college oral English teaching require improving and strengthening students' innovative thinking consciousness, maximizing students' internal potential, giving full play to students' subjective initiative and autonomy, and improving students' academic performance and language use ability.

First of all, educators update their educational concepts.

English teachers in colleges and universities must update their teaching concepts, establish the idea of "everyone is creative", clarify the student-centered teaching guiding ideology, and change the main goal of teaching materials into the main teaching goal of increasing experience and developing ability. Teachers must constantly learn and improve their teaching skills of cultural literacy, so as to stimulate students' innovative consciousness, understand students' spontaneous innovative potential more comprehensively, better stimulate students' innovative thinking and help students develop the habit of innovative thinking.

Second, educators improve their educational methods.

According to Karashen's Input Hypothesis, acquiring a language requires a lot of comprehensible corpus input. Therefore, the teaching methods of college oral English should be flexible, interesting and diverse, break the boring situation of teachers' "centralized teaching" and reflect the communicative characteristics of oral English. For example, communicative teaching methods such as situational teaching method, task-based teaching method and cognitive teaching method are adopted alternately to stimulate students' interest in learning, develop creative thinking and cultivate students' ability to think and solve problems independently.

1. Random group discussion.

In the process of importing, increase the knowledge and anecdotes about European and American cultures, such as British royal wedding, Oscar and other backgrounds, and randomly group the students. On this topic, starting from my own interests, I found the problems in the interactive question and answer, discussed them in English and tried to solve them. Group discussion can broaden hobbies, cultivate the spirit of questioning, cultivate the awareness of exploration and innovation, and improve the ability to solve problems.

2. Creative retelling (creative retelling)

Repetition is different from simple recitation, and it must be understood by memory and analyzed subjectively. While training students' language use ability, strengthen their brain thinking ability. It takes some time to cultivate the ability of retelling, and it can gradually transition from the simple story of the wolf to the complex practice of plot characters such as Kung Fu Panda. Through the understanding of the content, the imagination of the plot development, after processing and sorting, described in their own language, so that students' language use changes rapidly, which is conducive to cultivating students' rich imagination and developing students' creative thinking. 3. Keynote speech is one of the key and difficult points in oral English teaching. This paper puts forward the principle of "independence" to stimulate students' creative thinking while practicing speech skills. "Autonomy" means that students have the initiative and choice of topics according to their own interests and wishes in class, and then perform in the next class after preparing independently after class. This deep processing process embodies the cultivation of students' initiative and innovation consciousness and the improvement of their own ability by showing their own advantages.

Third, the classroom atmosphere is relaxed and harmonious.

Long-term exam-oriented education makes students develop a kind of dependence psychology. In classroom teaching, the inspiration of innovation may be fleeting, and teachers' inspiration and care are urgently needed. Psychologist Rogers told us: "Creating a good teaching atmosphere is the premise to ensure effective teaching, and creating a good atmosphere is based on good interpersonal relationships." Suhomlinski once said: "What you are facing is the extremely fragile and vulnerable mind of children. Studying in school is not that knowledge is not enthusiastically put from one mind to another, but that there is always spiritual contact between teachers and students. " Compared with the boring, monotonous and slightly depressing atmosphere in spoon-feeding teaching, students will be more likely to build up confidence, break away from convention and practice boldly, and create an open, relaxed, happy, harmonious, happy and challenging teaching environment more conveniently through image teaching and scenario simulation, so as to give full play to their innovative thinking ability.

Fourth, arrange the time for questioning and thinking reasonably.

Students' innovative thinking ability needs time and space to develop step by step. American scholar J.Carrol put forward that "if we provide enough time (or learning opportunities) and have suitable learning materials and teaching environment, then almost all students can achieve the set goals." When designing lesson plans before class, teachers need to have foresight and be fully prepared. Teachers should be good at designing challenging learning tasks, challenging students' thinking, stimulating students' interest in learning, stimulating students' positive thinking, encouraging students to study actively, making students dare to express their inner thoughts and fully mobilizing students' autonomy in learning, which has a positive effect on the cultivation of innovative thinking.
