According to the requirements of teachers' specialty and specialty training program in our school, 904 students (820 in 14 and 84 in 1 pre-school) from 9 colleges in our school will go to the school for internship for one semester on September 8. In order to do a good job in the preparations for the education practice of normal students in 20 15 years, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Undergraduate students are required to practice in middle schools (except for primary education undergraduate courses), and all junior college students are arranged to practice in the city nursery school and Jizhou District nursery school. Students in counties, cities and districts under the jurisdiction of Ji 'an City can't contact the internship school by themselves, and the school will arrange internships in designated schools. Students from outside Ji 'an can contact the internship school by themselves if they really need employment, but they must submit the Application Form for Contacting the Internship Unit by themselves of Jinggangshan University (Annex I) and the admission notice of the internship unit to the Academic Affairs Office of their college before April 4. After the preliminary examination, the college reported it to the Academic Affairs Office for approval in April 1 1. Students who plan to take part in the 20 15 postgraduate entrance examination, please indicate "postgraduate entrance examination" in the remarks column of the Statistical Table of Educational Practice Information of Normal Students in 20 15 (Annex II), and the school will arrange internships in Qingyuan and Jizhou District. The college will check the information of students who apply for postgraduate entrance examination, and if fraud is found, it will be dealt with seriously according to the school rules and regulations. Once the practice school is confirmed, it shall not be changed.

2. Please ask the Academic Affairs Office of each college to make statistics on the internship information of normal students in 20 15, and before April 1 1, submit the completed paper version of Statistical Table of Educational Internship Information of Normal Students in 20 15 with the official seal of the college to the Teaching Practice Section of the Academic Affairs Office, and send the electronic version to the mailbox of the Academic Affairs Office in :jwc@jgsu.edu.cn. At the same time, according to the class size of 15%, students with good school performance, strong sense of responsibility, strong organizational management and communication skills are recommended as candidates for internship leaders.

3. In order to ensure the quality of practice, all relevant colleges and universities must effectively organize on-campus trial teaching. On-campus trial lectures and internship education are arranged in a unified way from July 5 to 8. After the trial lecture, each college will award the first, second and third prizes in the speech contest according to the proportion of 15% students, and report the list to the Teaching Practice Section of the Academic Affairs Office.

4. The intern arrived at the internship school on September 8th, and returned to school after the semester ended. After the interns return to school, the internship manual and investigation report are submitted to the Academic Affairs Office of each college, and the internship appraisal form is submitted to the Teaching Practice Section of the Academic Affairs Office by the internship leader. The student internship appraisal form for contacting the school by oneself shall be submitted to the Teaching Practice Section of the Academic Affairs Office by the study committee members of each class.

5. Each college should set up an internship leading group, make a 20 15-year internship work plan for normal students (including trial arrangements), make overall arrangements, earnestly do a good job in various internships, especially strengthen internship education for students and hold an internship mobilization meeting. Before July 4th, submit the 20 15 work plan (including the arrangement of trial lectures) of normal professional education to the Teaching Practice Section of the Academic Affairs Office.

6. All colleges are requested to urge interns who have not paid tuition and fees to pay tuition and fees in the Finance Department as soon as possible. Interns who have not paid tuition and miscellaneous fees before September 5 will not receive internship funds.
