This paper introduces the library automation management system Aleph500 (version 16) and the unified resource retrieval and openurl service system METALIB/SFX of Israeli EX LIBRIS Company, and realizes the unified, automated and integrated management of various services such as interview, cataloging, reading, circulation and information retrieval in three campuses and four branches. Various online services have been developed through the Internet, such as online bibliographic retrieval, real-time collection query, new book notification, reservation, renewal, personalized service, joint cataloguing, interlibrary loan and document delivery. The network database provides 24-hour network retrieval service for all teachers and students.
In order to improve the service quality and management level, the library also actively carries out scientific research and academic exchange activities. In recent years, he has undertaken many national, provincial and university-level scientific research projects, published many academic monographs and papers, and hosted various large-scale academic research exchanges. It has established exchange, gift or loan relations with more than 0/00 libraries and research institutes in China and more than 70 libraries in 36 countries and regions such as the United States, Britain, France, Russia and Japan. At the same time, we often receive donations from celebrities and institutions at home and abroad who care about the cause of university libraries. Sichuan University Library is the southwest regional center of China Higher Education Document Guarantee System (CASHL), the southwest regional center of China Academic Humanities and Social Sciences Library, the liberal arts document information center of the Ministry of Education, the digital resource center of Sichuan University, the sci-tech novelty retrieval workstation of the Ministry of Education, and the novelty retrieval station of medical and health science and technology projects of the Ministry of Health. In addition, the Secretariat of the Library and Information Work Committee of Sichuan University and the Professional Committee of Resource Construction and Sharing of Sichuan Library Society are also located in this library.
