Yang Yandong, male, Mongolian, born in June, 1960, party member, professor, master tutor, doctor of higher education. He has served as assistant to President bohai university, vice-president bohai university, secretary and dean of the Party Committee of bohai university University of Arts and Sciences, and is now deputy secretary and president of the Party Committee of bohai university. He is also an expert in the evaluation of the academic degree and postgraduate education expert database of the Ministry of Education, a member of the discipline evaluation group (education discipline) of the Academic Degree Committee of the People's Government of Liaoning Province, an executive director of the Association of Independent Colleges of Liaoning Province, a director of the Liaoning Economic Promotion Association, a member of the qualification evaluation committee of senior professional and technical positions in Liaoning Province, and a member of the Liaoning Academic Achievement Award.
