How to read in universities
(1) Collect good books. To develop reading habits, we must first find books and know what good books we want to read. You can collect good books recommended by everyone online, or refer to the list of good books published by the school library, as well as books recommended by seniors and classmates. The recommended book must have its unique place or bright spot, and learn something from it.

(2) make a plan. I plan to read several books this month, a few books a week and a few books a day. It seems difficult to make a plan, but as long as you don't just stay on the idea, but practice it yourself, it is very easy. Make a plan and make it a habit.

(3) Enjoy reading. If a book can be published and recommended by everyone, it must have its reasons, from which we can get the author's thoughts and get the feeling of life. If we learn to enjoy reading, it is not difficult to form a good habit of loving reading.

(4) Make good use of spare time. Reading is not just a morning or an afternoon. You can make good use of a lot of spare time, such as waiting for people, recess and so on.

(5) Choose the correct reading method. When we were young, we read word by word, then did it word by word, and then did it sentence by sentence. After training the day after tomorrow, we can do line by line, paragraph by paragraph, which is a very basic and key skill in fast reading. In the "elite speed reading memory training" I use, the project of "visual range expansion" focuses on this point, in which the "Schulte table" is used for practical training, and the text content and its meaning are perceived as a whole in a way close to actual reading, so as to further improve the eyes' perception of information in the field of vision and achieve the purpose of training their own visual range.

(6) communicate with book lovers. You can communicate with classmates and friends who like reading, join the school's readers' association related to reading, learn and progress with everyone, join the reading club, and talk about reading feelings inside. This will not only promote your reading, but also make like-minded friends.

(7) Write down your own experience. The process of reading is very important, but so is our thinking about reading. You may wish to record your feelings and experiences in reading. When you open your notes, you will have a full sense of accomplishment. You should know that your mind is improving.
