Guo Kangsong, secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the work of the Party Committee of the College. Cui Lu, deputy secretary, is in charge of academic, publicity and alumni liaison. Dean Liu Chuane presided over the administrative work of the college. Vice President Jin Kezhong is responsible for undergraduate teaching and foreign affairs. Huang Xiaohua, vice president, is in charge of scientific research and postgraduate work. Liu Jilin, assistant dean, is in charge of the administrative office and assists the dean in handling related work.
