La Hongsang studied at the International College of Hong Kong Baptist University (CIE), a self-funded college founded by HKBU in 2000 and the first self-funded post-secondary college in Hong Kong to offer associate degree courses. Provide full-time associate degree and bachelor degree courses in Kowloon Tong and Shimen (Sha Tin) campuses. The International College is managed by the School of Continuing Education of Hong Kong Baptist University.
