The Student Affairs Office (hereinafter referred to as the Student Affairs Office) refers to the working organization mainly responsible for student affairs established in universities or provincial education departments.

In the Party committees of colleges and universities (Party committees of education departments) and administrative departments (administrative departments of education departments), school work is creatively carried out according to the guiding ideology and principles of the education administrative departments and the Party committees and administrations of colleges and universities on student work. In line with the principle of overall planning, coordination, guidance and service, I am responsible for ideological and political education, code of conduct management and service for college students.
