Legal basis: According to Article 1 of party constitution, China, workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and advanced elements of other social classes in China who have reached the age of 18 recognize the Party's program and articles of association, are willing to join a party organization and actively work in it, implement the Party's resolutions, and pay party dues on time, and can apply to join the Chinese Production Party.

Pay attention to college students joining the party;

1. We should seriously study party constitution and the basic knowledge about the party, truly understand the party, make our own political choices through a comprehensive understanding of the party, and establish a correct motivation to join the party. On this basis, we should talk about our understanding of the party and have a heart-to-heart talk with the party organizations in connection with ideological reality. We must never just copy books and newspapers without talking about our real thoughts.

2. Be loyal and honest to the Party.

Truthfully report my political history, personal experience, major social relations and their influence on me to the party organization, and shall not conceal or forge them.

3. Generally, the application for joining the Party should be written by yourself.

If you can't write in person due to low education or other special reasons, you can dictate by yourself and ask others to write for you, but you should explain the reasons why you can't write in person and hand it over to the party organization after the applicant signs and seals it or prints it.
