I. Introduction

The University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, referred to as "National University of Science and Technology", with its main campus in Beijing, is an innovative university with the integration of science and education as its running mode and postgraduate education as its main body. It is a national "double-first-class" construction university, and the first batch of independent examination units for degree authorization.

Second, adjust the matters needing attention

1. Most enrollment majors (research institutes, departments) in school training units have sufficient students and need to adjust candidates. Only a few majors in the training unit can receive transfers.

2. Whether or not to accept transfer candidates is determined by each training unit according to the student source status. Each unit issues specific transfer information requirements, is responsible for selecting short-listed transfer candidates, notifying relevant matters of transfer re-examination, organizing transfer re-examination and determining the list of candidates to be transferred.

3. Transfer (including transfer and transfer) rules shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Admissions Committee. The re-examination methods, procedures and requirements of transfer candidates are the same as those of other master students. Those who fail the second interview will not be admitted.

4, the school special plan (including minority high-level backbone talent plan and retired college soldiers special plan) has sufficient students, and does not accept off-campus transfer candidates.

5. Allow a volunteer candidate to transfer between different training units or within a training unit in our school. The details shall be determined by the training unit.

6. Candidates transferred by school training units must complete the transfer through the "National Postgraduate Enrollment Transfer Service System" of the Ministry of Education before they can be admitted.
