Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is the first batch of key construction universities in Jiangsu Province selected by the national "20 1 1 Plan". Formerly known as 1942, it was born in Shandong anti-Japanese base area as a training course for war post cadres, which was one of the earliest schools in our party and army to systematically train communication talents. 1958 was transformed into Nanjing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications with the approval of the State Council, and was renamed in April 2005. The school was originally a key university directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (formerly the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications). Since 2000, it has been jointly established by the central and local governments (now the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Jiangsu Province), with Jiangsu Province as the main management. Chapter III Enrollment Organization

The main duties of the Admissions Committee are to determine the annual enrollment scale, examine and approve the annual enrollment plans and enrollment regulations of different majors, and coordinate and solve major problems in enrollment.
Article 9 The Admissions and Employment Office of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment work, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of the enrollment management of ordinary undergraduate students.
Chapter IV Enrollment Plan

Chapter VII Graduation of Students

Article 19 According to the Measures for Granting Bachelor's Degree to Undergraduate Graduates of General Higher Education in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, if the conditions for granting bachelor's degree are met, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications will issue a bachelor's degree certificate.
